Returns

We work hard to create products you'll love, so when you open a package, we want you to be delighted. But nobody is perfect. If we've got something wrong, let us know using the form below. We’re happy to replace any product which is misprinted, damaged or defective. Please send it to our fulfilment partner at the return address provided – not to us – as soon as you notice a problem and within 30 days from when the item was received. If an item has been lost in transit, please let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is our fault, the return is, of course, at our expense. However, if you have provided an address that is wrong or considered insufficient by the courier, or the package goes unclaimed or cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us and redelivery will be at your expense, so we urge you to check that you have given all your details correctly when placing your order. As a small company, our online returns policy is currently down to our fulfilment partner. That means we’re unlikely to be able to refund if you change your mind or order the wrong size as they manufacture to order. However, we will do our best to help. Please note that if you wish to contact us about an item that you have bought from Railhead directly at a show or event, those are wholly produced by us, not our online fulfilment partner,  and so we'll sort it out ourselves. Lastly, items purchased through a retail partner such as a heritage railway store should be returned to the store. Please use the form below to notify us of an issue.
