20th Century Speed and power - Strictly Limited, Hand-painted Collector's Edition

Railhead has chosen five railway engineers for its first set of OO gauge figures: ‘20th Century Speed and Power’, which will be available both as a strictly limited edition of 90 individually numbered hand-painted sets and in an unpainted version. The five engineers featured are:

Oliver Bulleid - designer of the Merchant Navy, West Country, and Battle of Britain Pacifics for the Southern Railway.  

George Jackson Churchward - designer of the City, Saint, and Star class locomotives for the GWR. 

Sir Nigel Gresley - designer of the Flying Scotsman, Hush-Hush, P2, and Mallard, the world’s fastest steam locomotives, for the LNER.

Sir William Stanier - designer of the Black Five, Coronation, Royal Scot, and Jubilee class locomotives for the LMS. 

Robert Riddles - designer of the British Railways Standard classes including Britannia and Evening Star, the last steam locomotive built by BR

The genius of these five railway engineers transformed the world of steam and inspires Railhead today. This is our first-ever collectible set of model figures. Railhead is a British marque which designs and creates exceptional products for lovers of railways.
